My Dr. says it's almost impossible NOT to loose weight.
Your pouch cna only hold 1-2oz. of food. That's the size of a medicine
cup. If you ate this 3X a day you'd loose weight w/out the surgery. ( but
who can?)

Hi Erica, I know where you are coming from. I asked a similar question
before my surgery. Never been a fan of exercise. However, since surgery
and dropping 45 lbs., I have so much energy that I look forward to working
out. I never thought those words would pass my lips. You just start
feeling great and want to do more. Yes, you can lose weight without the
exercise, but getting in the activity will help the process along. My
nutritionist said that I wouldn't lose AS MUCH without exercise, and once
you get to goal it is a great habit to already have. It will help you
maintain. Enjoy your journey!
