Question:
I'm 6 mo. post op and having problems with diarrhea, this has been going on for.....

months! I've done immodium, metamucil, lengthened time between drinking and eating, low fats, and no sugar, no caffeine! what could be the problem? getting frustrated! It's when I have to go, I have about 5 seconds to get to the bthrm. Dr. had stool culture done yesterday. I've lost 115 lbs., and really bothered with this, wherever I go I have to find out where the bthrm is! You did not say if you are RNY? Distal? What is your post-op diet, mainly? Have you tried with & without milk, then separately, dairy products?
