Hi! I had my surgery at Alvarado on May 9th. I live in Phoenix area, and needed someone to stay with too. I found the MOST WONDERFUL couple to stay with. Mrs Phyllis Webber has a lovely apartment a very short distance from the hospital. She will drive you back and forth and take really good care of you. After your surgery you have to stay in the area for about a week after you get out of the hospital. You stay with her and she makes you broth and jello. She is completely trustworthy and honest. Also very caring and experienced, as she had the surgery at Alvarado too. She and her husband are retired, don't smoke, and have no pets. The Dr's office has her phone number. Good Luck!
