Question:
Has anyone in Georgia gone thru Dr. Champion on a BC/BS Individual Plan

I am currently researching every detail of this surgery. I have pretty much decided to purchase an individual plan thru BC/BS of GA. They said they approve with medical necessity. I was wondering what are all the costs that I will be responsible for. It is an 80/20 plan for in netowrk, however Dr. Champion isn't in any network so I think it would be 60%.
