JUST talking RNY types? Figure you have 300" of intestine, figure several hundred different docs with different ideas. There is no set "thing", just the general pattern. Just as a T-shirt has a neck & sleeves, there can be literally THOUSANDS of variations on the neck, the sleeve length, the color, the fit of the body--oh my gosh, it is just endless. Same with RNY's. Depends on who is doing it, what they have in their head and background and so on.
