does this sound like i'll be covered?
heres what i says in our insurance hand book....."General Exclusions"Weight reduction or control (Unless there is a diagnosis of Morbid Obesity. What an awful word huh???) Special foods, food supplements, liqud diet, diet plans or any related products.Those are the exact words....so does that sound like i will be covered???? Your chances look pretty good. I had similar wording in my employee
handbook as well except instead of "a diagnosis of Morbid
Obesity," it said "medical necessity." I was approved in 2
days. Good luck!
