Does anyone have any information about Sagamore Plus insurance

In Indiana? I have submitted a predetermining letter to them for approval, actually my dr. did, and I am just wondering if anyone else had this kind of insurance and what there approval time was and any hassles they encountered. Thanks 4 your time....    — MS. A. (posted on March 17, 2000)
