Question:
Has anyone heard of Dr. Carrasquillo who does Lap RNY in Ft.Lauderdale?

I have met Dr Carrasquilla and I like him very much. I am in the beginning stages of getting a date for the surgery. I have been to two of the meetings he has in Lauderdale Lakes, and I am very confident with him as my surgeon.

Hi Tess,-- Dr. Carrasqillo is how I initially found out about the surgery. He was on a spanish program called "Despierta America"=Wake Up America. This was back in October of 1999. He spoke about the procedure and he had a few patients on the show that he performed the surgery on. They had lost so much weight. I contacted him because at the time I thought he was the only one that did the surgery, but I soon found out that there were many other surgeons including one 5 minutes away from me. Anyway I hear he's great so good luck to you in whatever you decide.
