Is there any Surgeons in California that take Medi-Cal besides Dr. Fobi?

It would be worthwhile to contact Dr. Rabkin at the Pacific Institute to see if he took it. He does the distal gastric bypass with duodenal switch. I had that and my aunt's sister had it, and we could not be happier. Please let me know if you have any questions.
