can you take b-12 sublingual post op
i was told by my surgeon that i would need b12 shots monthly post op. someone mentioned that they found sublingual b12. can we use this instead? i really hate shots. — julie S. (posted on July 10, 1999)

Hi, yes you can take sublinguals. That is what our dr. gives us and only
if we really need it we can go to the office and get a shot.

I take a sublingual b-12 post op! I am doing fine with all my bloodwork and
tests.I take 500mcg of b-12 sublingually. Good luck.

I have problems with low energy, due to a muscle problem and I take
Sublingual B every day several times a day. Most people only need to take
it once daily. It has not given me any problems. It contains quite a few
vitamins which will help you heal even quicker. I get mine at Walgreen's.
