I was denied by both Blue Cross of Utah and Idaho and am currently in litigation for both. Any one

I am working with Attorney Walter Lindstrom, he is wonderful and has had GBP. He knows the frustrations and wants to tackle the insurance industry. I agree that we should take on all the insurance company's at one time. My insurance carrier is United Health Care of Kentucky and I have also been denied. It won't do me much good to appeal at this point because my employer may be switching to a new company in January. If they do not switch I will be contacting Walter myself to fight as hard as possible.

About 3yrs ago I applied for blue schield of Idaho and when it came to the weight (at that time was 325lbs)she stopped and said I may as well forget it they cannot help me. I would be turned down. I said that was discrimmination and she said no that they " could" make it so expensive that I couldn't afford it though. I just gave up. Hope you have success. Iam over 400 lbs with joint pain and had to stop working last year because no Dr. will do stomach surgery without insurance and no insurance will accept me so they rather have me living off the government then getting better and relying on me working. I wish you all the luck with this issue!!!!!!!!
