Question:
How can an ins. co. approve sugery for one person and less than a year later deny ..

I was approved for surgery through Sagamor PPO Ins. Less that a year later my Aunt was approved for surgery, well sort of, they would only pay the first $500.00. I'm just really confused on how they can do this. They paid 70% after the first $1000.00 for me. B.T.W Surgery on 1/8/02 and have lost 185 lbs!!    — Angela A. (posted on August 8, 2003)
