Question:
Did anyone's actual results match to the results of the weight loss planner??
The planner shows that the weight lose will occur over 12 months. Does this seam right?? I started out at 179 (I am very short). The first month and second month I was suppose to lose 13 lbs(26 lbs total). I am ending my second month right at 26 lbs. Next month it shows that I need to lose 6 lbs but after that it only shows me to lose 3 lbs a month. Isn't that kinda slow? I was just curious if anyone actually lost like the planner showed. — S A. Well you didn't say how tall you actually were but you seem very light
weight to me, I am over 200 lbs over weight myself so I think 179 lbs to
start off with seems pretty good......lol But if you are a light weight
which I am assuming you are you probably won't loose as much as other
heavier people. I would check with your doctor.

Remember the planner is just an educated guess.Everyone is different. Most
people lose fast in the beginning then slow down, some start slow (like me)
then suddenly lose faster (like me). The first 2 months I was 5lbs lower
than the 70% estimated loss, now I am loser faster each month and my loss
is now closer to the 80% calculated loss.

I'm just four months out, but so far, I've been very close to the planner's
estimates. I notice that the planner's estimate drop way off the closer
you get to goal, but that makes sense to me, too. I'm not going to live
and die by the planner, but I look on it as another way to measure
progress, and to assure myself that my goal of an 80% of excess weight loss
is possible. One thing I have learned, is that we are all individuals, and
will get through this journey in our own ways. Keep an open mind, and try
not to obsess over the numbers and comparisons, and you'll be much more
sane!

In the beginning, I lost much slower than the weight planner chart.
Somewhere around four months out, I started losing faster than the planner,
and wound up reach (and passing) goal way before the planner did. Go
figure.

I went way off the charts. According to the chart I should have never
reached an ideal body weight which is 100% of excess weight lost. I hit my
ideal body weight in 6 months. I started out at 268 and I am now 138. I
went from a size 24 to a two in the first year. I was down to a 4 in just
the first six months. And I am tall just about 5'9".

As far as my results went, I found that the planner overestimated intitial
weight loss and underestimated what you could lose in later months. But
it's all just an estimate and everyone is going to get different results.
Right now I'm on track to lose about 85% of my excess weight. Hopefully,
I'll do a bit better than that!

I have to say that the wieght loss planner has been on the money evry step
of the way, when I started out I put in 105% loss and my loss has always
mirrored the chart exactly! It is a wonderful tool and has been a big help.
