There isn't any sugar free Carnation Instant Breakfast. It's the no sugar
added one you want if that's what you'v been told to drink. All fruit has
sugar. What you want to look for are the ones with no sugar added. There
is no such thing as sugar free fruit or fruit juice.

Gar is correct. Any of the milk products, like Carnation Instant
Breakfast, have sugar from the milk. And all fruit has sugar. So look for
"no sugar added". There are sugar free popsicles though. Blue
Bunny, Blue Bell, and Popsicle brand all make them. I also get sugar free
popsicles at Wal Mart - they are a generic brand, come in a clear plastic
bag with the internation "NO" symbol on the front. They are
about $1.66 a bag and much cheaper than the name brands and just as good.
Blue Bunny also makes yogurt that is sweetened with Splenda and has much
less sugar and calories than the other "light" yogurts. It is
called Light 85 and is wonderful.
Good luck with your surgery.

Hidden sugars are DEADLY. So glad you found them before your lost pounds
found you. I buy the NSA aapplesauce, but am aware of how much it contains.
When I have pork, about 6X per year, I allow myself some of it, but only
then. I'd never just eat some. May as well cut to the chase & gimme
the Milky Way. I limit my sugar g to 6g per meal. I do no milk at all (but
I do other dairy), and of course, no CIB, since that is like a torch for
carb cravings. KaWHOOOOSH!

well.. there's a big difference between the sugar in apples and milky
way... it might impact some people the same.. but it doesn't me.. I eat
watermelon.. and other fruits.. the key is.. moderation.. if at all.. and
keeping your carbs complex -- like those in vegtables, beans, and fruits...
and no sugar, candy.. or simple carbs... you might want to chill a little
on the sugar free items... they are sometimes not that good for you in the
long run.. they load up on other stuff to compensate for the lack of sugar.
