Sandra, I have lost 115lbs. in over 10 months. I'm 23, 135lbs. and
5'2" and don't need to get a TT. Granted, I do have SOME loose skin,
but in clothes I look like I have a flat stomach, and my stomach itself
actually is flat. It's my mons pubis area that has the sag, but it's really
fine. Also, within a year or so after losing weight is when your elasticity
is supposed to take full effect- so it takes some time to stretch back to
what it can. It's hard to tell who will and won't need one. Some
desperately need one b/c of rashes, etc., some get it to feel more
comfortable with their bodies. Goodluck to you.

I have lost 138 pounds in 11 months. I carried most of my weight upfront
and thought I would have skin hanging to my knees. I only have about a
handful. I don't think I am going to have a TT. Still not sure, over the
next 6 months and if I lose another 15-20 pounds it may change, but for
now, I am ok.

I had my DS 2 yrs. ago tmo. In Nov. 2002 I had a double hernia repair. I
don't and didn't need a TT. I've lost 110 lbs. For me I think it's a combo
of things. Taking my vitamis faithfull, walking faithfully. I think it
helped with the elastisity of my skin. I went from a 26-28 to a 12! My arms
need some work so I'm doing some Kayaking this spring! I don't have an
apron and for that I'm greatful!
