Blue Cross and Blue Shield of FL PPO State Employee Insurance - I have a hernia and rashes what are my chances of getting a tummy tuck approved? I guess I am going to worry myself about this. I have experience with BC/BS PPO State Employees of NC. If you can prove that the problems are having are impeding your ability to do your daily living skills and function normally, then you have a good chance. They can take up to 6 weeks to respond up here.
