Beth, Don't purchase those brands. I go to GNC and buy the Designer Whey
Vanilla Praline, Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder Supplement which has
less than 1 gram of sugar per serving. You mix these in a blender with
juice, water or milk and I usually add strawberries and 1/2 banana and it's
delicious. It's good that you are becoming an avid label reader, keep it
up. Margaret Bialas

They might make you dump (they would me), but worse, they might mess with
your wt loss. The Slim Fast I saw had the same sugar g as a real coke! The
protein I use is 0g sugar, and since i mix with water & ice, it remains
0g of sugar.

I find the Designer Whey protein powders very yummy also. They are nice and
smooth. I just mix a scoop with a cup of milk and 1/2 of an equal packet.
That's all I do. Nothing fancy cause they taste good *as is*. One scoop
with a cup of milk is about 25 grams of protein. You can order them real
cheap from http://store.yahoo.com/esupps/desprotbar.html/ I bought a 2
pound can for $18.95. At GNC a 2 pound can is $29.99!
