Question:
Not able to eat chicken or fish
I was wondering if anyone else has problems with chicken or fish post-op? It does not matter how I fix it, it always comes back up. Does this last forever or just for a while. I am 2.5 months post-op and down 65lbs so far. — Lisa B. (posted on June 10, 2002)

Try this: get a small mini-food-processor or cut into tiny tiny chunks! Add
(homemade) chicken broth about 1/2c. and add fat free miracle whip. Process
and eat on Rye Krisp or healthy cracker. I use chicken broth in lots of my
cooking. When you are further out, the dense meat (not processed) is better
to satiate with. I also freeze my chicken broth in ice cube trays. Great to
season veggies with and to stir fry with!
