In my experience yes it does.I have both Medicare(primary)and Ky.Medicaid-Passport HealthPlan and went for psych. evaluation,nutritionist consult and sleep study and everything was covered.It is my understanding that Medicare will approve with documented medical necessity (co-morbs)I was approved so quick it made my head spin!!!! My 1st consult was Nov.5th my surgery date was Jan.3rd but I had to have it rescheduled for the 7th of Feb. due to sciatica flareup!Also approval through Medicaid possible with medical necessity as well.Hope this helps you!
