Body Solutions is being advertised constantly on one my local radio
stations. Apparently you take a pill three hours after your last meal of
the day, go to bed and magically lose weight why you sleep -- no dieting
and no excercising! Sounds way to good to be true.

If that stuff really worked , then noone would need this surgery! I bet it
is just as effective as dexatrim, acutrim , slimfast and the beverly hills
diet. Save your money to buy new clothes that you will surely need from the
weightloss obtained by following your doctor's nutritional guidelines. One
thing's for sure this surgery works! But nothing in this life is easy , so
do your part and you will be successful.

Body Solutions was invented by, and the company owned and run by, a man
here in San Antonio. There was a HUGE write up in last Sunday's paper,
first page and a couple of inner pages, about how it is more a clever
marketing scheme, making this man very wealthy, than it is a legitimate
weight loss product. It just doesn't work for most people. Or at best, the
consensus of opinion was that some people lose a few pounds because they
don't eat snacks before bed anymore (you aren't supposed to eat three hours
before going to bed).....it's cutting out the snacks that creates the
weight loss - NOT the Body Solutions stuff....and without fail, the people
interviewed for this article all said that even if they lost a few pounds,
they gained them right back - same old story.....
Part of the companies clever marketing strategy is to give the product to
DJ's all over the country, and then pay them to use it and to claim they
lost weight - the DJ's do the advertising for the company.....it's a good
way for the company to make money - but another in a LONG line of
inadequate weight loss schemes.......

I tried Body solutions for two months. I lost a few pounds but as one
person said, you have to take a tablespoon of this liquid three hours after
your last meal. Anybody knows that if you make your last meal at 6:00 pm
then you won't gain anymore weight. I had problems with going out to eat
with family and friends and ate later than 6:00 and was too tired to wait
three hours after the last meal. I think it is all a hoax as well. I
thought it was working too, but to be honest I only dropped a few pounds
and stopped taking it. It is almost 60.00 a bottle per month. Too
expensive in my opinion.
