Question:
My insurance company has denied me and says there are no exceptions.

What does your benefit say? What is the wording of the exclusion or limitation specifically? Also what did they say exactly in your denial. I would still try to fight it.. I know I am in the boat of a denial and I'm going to do all I can. I work for the insurance company I am insured with and will have a heck of a battle.. I am thankful I am not alone as there are other coworker(s) looking into this as well. I have worked in the insuranec industry for over 8 years and if I can help you at all I will.
