Question:
Has anyone been appproved recently through Blue cross Blue sheild of Texas??

I have just been denied by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. I called them about a month ago and they said they would approve the surgery if it was medically necessary. (Mine is). Yesterday I got a letter from them saying they don't pay anything on obesity, period. Thank Goodness BC/BS is my secondary insurance. I have already been approved by my primary.
