Drinking LOTs of water is very important. Having some fat in your diet. Putting on your moisturizer after you shower while your skin is damp. If you can get an RX for Retin-A or Renova. It's not covered by insurance but helps a lot for wrinkles.

Lots of water and Avon Clinical . It has to be the best cream with the fastest results I ever had. I will never be without it. Also use a moisturizer and stay out of the sun!!

Not an answer here, but another question, I guess. Have any of you had a serious "waddle" under the chin? I'm only 2 months out, and it's already bugging the heck out of me. If it doesn't go away later when I've lost my weight, I'll be doing PS for this. It's really gross when I look in the mirror - it falls into folds and lines! Anyway, I just bought Avon Anew Force Extra night cream and am hoping it will help a bit!

I had the waddle under my neck and wrinkles around my eyes starting. I bought store brand of Oil of Olay. That wasn't working fast enough. I switched to Aveeno. I love it. Either it works better or the combination of the two works. Aveeno contains oatmeal and moisturizes for 24 hours. Bonus it makes the hair appear finer and softer, so less facial hair removable treatments for you ladies over 40. I originally bought it for my legs while I was tanning. I decided to give it a try on my face and loved it.

I have tried many different things with little improvement. I began using Avon ANEW Clincal Line and Wrinkle Corrector about 2 weeks ago and it is amazing. The lines have drastically diminished. I gave some to my 72 year old mother whose skin looked like elephant skin and after a week you can really see the difference. It is fairly expensive but I just bought my second jar. Just wish it came in a big enough size to dunk my whole body to get rid of those wrinkles.
