You mean marginal ulcer, right? RNY? For me, it was water being painful, metallic taste in my mouth, nausea 15-20 minutes after eating anything, even just a few bites. I had pain upon touching the area. I was one of the few I know who didn't have the back pain, but most of my friends had that as well. The only thing it had in common with "real" ulcers (of which I had way too many pre-op) was that pain when pressing on the actual stomach. YOWIE!
