Question:
Has anyone had any experience with PHCS-Fortis Benefits Group?

They have a pretty generalized exclusion with vague language on the exclusion of weight remedies including surgery. But im wondering if this in every policy and they make acceptions or approval based on medical necessity? please help =)    — Kymberly H. (posted on March 10, 2003)
