Question:
Websites to find Plastic Surgeons in my area

I am nine months post-op and want to begin looking into having a tummy tuck. I have not a clue on where to begin is there a website or sites like this one that will be able to help me. I have found this website to be of great help to me during my research about wls and a great support from all of you guys. I don't want to resort to the yellow pages. Hi Subrina. Many WLS doctors refer their patients to a plastic surgeon or know a plastic surgeon who is reputable or experienced in the surgery you desire. www.abms.org lists board-certified surgeons. You need to seek several opinions and be sure to look at lots of "before and after" pics to see if you like the work ! JL

Have you checked the list of plastic surgeons on this website? Go to the Find a Doc link at the top of this page, and then click at the bottom where it says plastic surgeons.

Another place to look is on the websites of the hospitals near you. I'm months away from looking at PS but I've started searching and have found two possibilities. Good luck in your search. Nina in Maine
