Question:
What is the procedure for gaining approval for a breast lift?

Could someone tell me what my first step would be? Do I call the insurance co. or make an appt. with the PS and see how that turns out??? I don't know where to start....    — Kimberley E. (posted on February 12, 2003)

I'll tell you what i did. I have ppo meaning i don't have to go through my pcp. But if you do just tell him about neck and sholder pain all the time. I went to ps and he took pictures and measurements. He stated i was a canidate for reduction and lift. Well i had mine on the 30th of last month and they look great.
