tt, breast, arms done with blue cross, univera lifetime health

stared at 336 open done on 11/8/01 down 111 now my ? is has anone in buffalo had tt, breast etc done with the abobe hmo's and also if dr. caruana's was there wls surgen he says with the hernia i have it s/b no problem getting the plastic at the same time etc.. pleas hel info needed.    — melissa W.
