Need to know if I have a chance with my company's exclusion. Their exclusion reads:

Any service or supply to lose, gain, or maintain weight, including without limitiation: any weight control/loss program;appitite suppressants;food supplements;exercise programs;equipment or memberships; or surgical procedures. I think you have an excellent chance. Why not call and ask the insurance carrier if surgery is covered for the treatment of morbid obesity when medically necessary?
