has anyone tried PALEOMEAL

My dietician sells this shake and says it provides all the protein you need. It comes with a pretty high price $40.00 for only 20 shakes I just wanted to know if anyone else has tried it before I spent all that money and I want to know I am getting in all my PROTEIN!!!!    — ruth V. Dear Ruth ive done alot of protien shakes and your doctor gets a commision for selling you that. Go to GNC go look at that shake area they have a large vartie of protien shakes that have all essetial minerals and vitimins included. Whey protien will help you lose weight properly. It keeps your body muscles tight and prevents loose skin after you have lost all your weight. Also remember it essitial to drink plent of water to prevent that from happening. But GNC has good variety of shakes. Save your money you can buy it for half that price. any questions [email protected]
