Chicago--are you a Rush employee with Unicare PPO?

Hi, I'm a Rush employee, and I'm having trouble with Unicare, who denied my surgery last week saying it was excluded from our plan. The plan booklet says excluded except if it causes symptoms of another disease (or something like that), and I'd love to talk to someone who has had Unicare approve their surgery.
