Question:
What can I substitute for Cottage Cheese to test pouch size and how do I do it?

I'm afraid I can't tolerate any dairy products(extreme dumping) and also hate cottage cheese. Is there something esle I can use to test my pouch size?    — Teri D. (posted on September 13, 2002)

Doe anyone know if you can substitue Ricotta cheese instead? I hate cottage cheese.
