Exercise (brisk walking) eliminate stressful events/people in your life
~~RELAX MORE~~, drinking water, watching what you eat *amounts*, and I'm
told avoid sodium intake...there may be more, but that's what I was told.
~~Hope this helps ya! ~~~Hadiyah

Eating Low Carb (I'm talking less than 20 gm a day) did it for me. Hope
this might help you too!

With losing 189 lbs., my blood pressure went from 170/120 to 100/60!!! I
also exercise 3-4 times/wk. Oh, and I also am eating low-carb.

If you need to "cram" for a good reading (I did for my preop
physical), eliminate sodium completely for four days prior and drink lots
of fluids. I am not endorcing the "cram" method, but I am 8
weeks post and OFF all BP meds now, so I just thought I would mention it.
