Question:
CAN I HAVE COBRA AND INSURANCE SOMEWHERE ELSE?

I'm not entirely sure on this, but I have the idea that the COBRA coverage automatically terminates upon other coverage, so I assume your other coverage would keep you from being covered under COBRA to begin with. Call your COBRA coordinator at the insurance co. for details.
