Individual insurance In Georgia that paid for WLS???

I live in Atlanta and I'm covered by United Health care EPO. I followed the insurance company guidelines for surgery and was approved 24 hrs after the paperwork was faxed. If you have any questions or would like my packet of letters I was ready to fax for the approval (Thank God I didn't have to use them) I would be more than happy to email them to you. I will have a date for my surgery in the next 2 weeks. I will keep you posted. Good Luck!
