Fraud...it is a Felony and you will go to Prison
I first would consider getting a job with insurance
in Most convelesent homes where the jobs take no experience and
little or no education they usually have insurance
you need to get a job with insurance
and then have surgery
you are at the desperate point in your life and ready
to do what ever is nessesary to obtain this surgery
but using your friends insurance sounds good but has too many ever
lasting consequences

Well this isn't even for the person who posted the question but, for the
first person who answered it. I feel offended. I Work in a nursing home
and you make it sound like someone can walk in off the street and do my
job. If that is true and it is so easy to do WHY isn't everyone doing it
then? For most places the pay sucks and the insurance is even worse. Why
is it that those who take care of our loved one are paid the least? Just
my opinion and felt the need to reply to the poster.

That would be called "fraud" and if you were caught the surgeon,
the hospital, and the insurance company would all bring legal
action against you and against your friend. I don't see how you
would pull it off anyway. Past medical history is used in
determining ones suitability for surgery and since you and your friend
have differnt bodies and medical histories, you'd be found out pretty
early in the game.
