Question:
CHAMPVA had the panni or other reconstructive surgery paid for?

I am ready for the next step of this journey and the plastic surgeon is stating CHAMPVA will probably not cover the panni or other reconstructive surgery unless I have it done at a VA facility. I am not a vet, but a dependent of a 100% disabled vet, and have not received any of my care from the VA. Anyone have any information?    — Barbara L. (posted on June 17, 2001)
