Question:
Anyone know if Arizona law requires coverage of bariatric surgery?

I read a member's post saying that she lives in a state that has a law requiring insurance companies to cover bariatric treatment, including surgery. Anyone know if Arizona has a similar law? I have one of those policies that has a written exclusion for any medical care related to morbid obesity. Would appreciate any feedback. Thanks.    — Kay G. (posted on June 11, 2001)
