Does anyone know where I can go to check out Surgeons in the Agusta Ga. area?

Dr. J.K. Champion is located in Marietta, just north of Atlanta, GA. He is a board-certified thoracic/vascular/and bariatric surgeon who is internationally recognized for his experience and expertise in the field of laparascopic WLS, primarily RNY and VBG. Peggy, St. Joseph, here in Augusta has a physician referral service. The number is 706-481-7688. MCG referral is 706-721-2273. There are three doctors that I know of in Augusta, Dr. Steven Gooden @ University, Robert Martindale @ MCG, and Harold Engler @ St. Joseph. In addition to them, there are a few in Atlanta. One I know of is Dr. Waites. It depends on your insurance, too. Some will only pay for you to travel to the nearest to home. I used Dr. Engler, but he was the only one on my insurance provider list.
