Support groups in Kansas City, Kansas??

I am having surgery in San Diego; but then moving to KCK. Anyone know of support groups out there? I'll be visiting Kansas City, Kansas over the next several weeks and would like to attend a meeting or two before my surgery.... Thanks!    — blee01 (posted on April 17, 2001)

Bobbie-hi I am still pre-op but I do know that k.c. has a support group,the ladies name is Barb. Strauss and her phone number is 913-381-1979. Hope this helps
