I am 33 years old and almost 11 months post-op. I have lost 143 lbs, and I
have gone from a 52C to a 38C. I have already started with plastic surgery
consultations. My breasts do sag, but the surgeon felt they are the least
of my problems. He wants me to finish with the other procedures that are
necessary and then see how I feel. I may feel comfortable with underwire
forever. The only other choice is a mastopexy (breast lift). One loses a
cup size with mastopexy, however, so that means implants if you want to
maintain your size. I'm taking his advice and waiting to see the results
from the the other procedures.

Say goodbye to your old friends, because if you're anything like me they'll
end up looking like deflated balloons! I sagged before the surgery but now
I sometimes think that my grandmother is looking back at me when I look in
the mirror. I just pick them up and stuff them into my underwire and go my
merry way. I'll take my 40B over the 50D any day! I've already told my
husband that I'm giving him my breast lift for our 25th anniversary next
year!!!

I am 7 months out from surgery and I have lost 80 pounds. I'm 47. I have
gone from a very over-abundant 48DD to and deflated 46D Long. I've already
starting saving my pocket change for plastic surgery and the DD cups make
excellent storage!
