Hi Ann:
Why don't you email me and tell me how much you are able to drink. I'd be
interested in knowing how your surgery went and how much weight you've lost
so far too. Maybe we can compare notes. I used to fill up two Snapple
bottles with water and drink those after I got to work in the morning. I
also drink 2 or 3 cups of coffee. Over half my water is done before lunch
this way. My husband works for the state health dept. and told me today
that they are passing around an article that says 8 glasses of water a day
may be more than we need. I'm anxiously waiting for him to bring the
article home for me to check this out. I look forward to you writing me.
Best wishes.

It is very important to drink as much as possible. Because of the small
amounts of food we ingest, we are more susceptable to dehydration. If you
are thirsty, drink. Your body is trying to tell you something when you have
thirst.
