Dear Barbara, I am sorry about your new diagnosis of breast cancer. I am
not post op but I have had a mastectomy. In 1994 I found out I had breast
cancer and I was scared to death. I had chemo soon after my surgery and it
was not near as bad as I thought it would be. The chemo that I had was
admisistered by syringe into my arm. I cannot answer your questions about
post op but I am here for you if you need to talk and believe me talking to
someone whos been there does help. My email is [email protected]
please feel free to email me anytime. God bless and keep you in his loving
embrace. Prayer helped me alot.

I had Breast Cancer 1 yr prior to surgery. I developed blood clots due to
the Tamoxifen that you take for 5 yrs after chemo. You should do fine since
you had the surgery prior to cancer surgery. BUT I had a lumpectomy I wish
now I had the breast removed. The disfiguring is awful. Good Luck and feel
free to e-mail me anytime. [email protected]
