Question:
Allergic to protien drink

I have not started my drinks yet because I haven't found one in my area that doe not have whey in it. I'm SEVERELY allergic to it. ( And diary, and all citrus). Anyone have a suggestion? I'm very weak now. I need something soon. thanks    — [Anonymous] (posted on January 24, 2000)

Hi, You might contact a company called Puritans Pride 1/800-645-1030. they have several protein supplemants and I am sure if you call during the day time you could find out about the whey. IF theirs is whey free they are having a buy 2 get 3 free sale right now until March 2, 2000. Good Luck Cheri

Try Challenge Liquid Protein (predigested protein) from amino acids. A little high in sugar 15 grams per 3 tbs serving, but I have been able to use this when I could not use other kinds. Sharon Vest
