Question:
Not a question-help prepare for surgery!

I apologize for using this forum to post a suggestion-but I can't get into the chat room. I found a book listed on another WLS site and obtained it, and I think its going to be pretty useful for me, I'm usually pretty laid-back, but I do have alot of anxiety over my choice to have this surgery. Title is "Preparing for Surgery, a mind-body approach to enhance healing and recovery" by William W. Deardorff & John L. Reeves. It is not specific to WLS, but preparing for any type of surgery. Wasn't easy to find in my bookstores, but it is available online thru Barnes and Noble.com    — Toni B. (posted on January 15, 2000)
