Question:
I have exclusion on my insuranceUCH. What can I do to over ride this?

Good Luck to you..I am currently trying to have an exclusion overturned..and to be quite honest with you..I do not think it is going to work..One thing that you may have luck with is going to your H.R dept and have them put an exception by your name and the surgery will be approved..My H.R refuses to do that..I hired an atty and I am hoping that he will make the difference..Best of luck

I also had an exclusion and there was nothing I could do. I ended up making plans to be a self-pay and ended up going to Mexico. At that time it was $6,900, out-of-pocket; although I understand it is several thousand more now. Normally explicit exclusions are almost impossible to break. I would suggest start saving now.
