Question:
How do i get started to create my own pretty diary like you guys have?

I emailed the obesityhelp volunteer from a profile that I read. Once they receive your email they will have a series of question for you about what you want on your profile you then send pictures of what you want I guess you could call it your theme and then BAM your done!

Also, if you want to update your profile, click the link that says Your Profile at the top of the page, then go into General Info, and type whatever you want to say in the large box. Good luck w/your surgery! :)
