Cigna Insurance - State of Illinois - will it cover my

I have Cigna Insurance with the State of Illinois. I had my surgery 12/6/02 and have lost a total of 197 pds. I started at 385 and am at 188. I am totally thrilled with the new and improved me. I am scheduled for hernia repair on 6/8/04 and my surgeon said that while I am having my hernia repaired he would take off my apron. In the past I have had trouble with rashes but they were undocumented by a doctor because I was to embarressed to go and see the doctor. What are my chance of having the whole deal covered by my insurance? I really want to have the tummy tuck also done but am very scared with the self paid issue. I am on a very limited income.
