Question:
Does anyone else have bad heartburn , and does everyones stomaches growl all the time

Not to sure if it is heartburn. But, I feel like I have a lump in my throat all the time/ Pepcid complete or tums help a little bit.

I read somewhere once that someone had that exact problem, it was all the acid after their Doc prescribed something they felt fine, and their tummies didn't grumble anymore,,,,,tell your doc!

I don't have heartburn anymore but my stomach sounds like a symphony at times!! LOL. I get all kinds of crazy sounds coming from there now :0) If that's what it takes to lose 130 lbs, then that's all right with me!! Hope someone is able to help you more with your heartburn. Best of luck!

You all make me laugh!! That is so funny about the symphony. *G*~*G*. My stomach growls ALL of the time. I can actually hear the streams of water gushin' through my innards! My guts so swimmin'. It can be embarrassing sometimes too. I can deal with it as long as I'm not in any pain. I don't have GERD or heartburn any more. I don't eat anything after 8pm. Hope you find a remedy soon, Lydia. No heartburn,but there seems to be a constant grumble in my tummy.

My doctor said there is a risk of ulcer for about the first year after surgery so he told me to take Pepcid AC everyday for the first year. I had bad heartburn once since surgery while I was in the full liquid stage but have not had any problem since I started taking the pepcid AC. Let your doctor know...........you don't want to get an ulcer.
