How Much do vitamins etc cost...

Wow. That's a tough one. Depends on which course you plot. Are you going the lightweight route or covering the bases thoroughly? Are you happy with one of the less expensive proteins or is the only one you love the high priced model? You could ask me how much it cost to re-outfit myself after dropping 150#. I spent very little since I did almost all of it at thrift stores & garage sales. Others would answer thousands of dollars. So, it do depends on you, what you want, how you want to approach the issue.
